Why Purple Thread began
Purple Thread began with Gloria's deeply personal experience after the Parkland school shooting and a realization that stayed with her:
Kindness can't simply be something we intend. It has to become something we practice.
What began as a response to an extraordinarily difficult moment became a much bigger question:
What would happen if we became more intentional about putting good into the world every day?
Purple Thread was created to help us find out.
