Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their Purple Thread account and associated personal information.

If an in-app deletion option is available, use it directly from within Purple Thread — that's the fastest path.

Otherwise, use the form above: select Privacy or Data Request as your topic and let us know you'd like to delete your account.

We'll use the email address associated with your account to locate and verify the request. Once verified, we remove or de-identify your associated personal information.
